Dewy Dreams App: Membership Terms & Privacy

Membership terms
Price and automatic renewal
The Dewy Dreams Membership is $9.99 per month. Your payment method is charged $9.99 when you subscribe, and then $9.99 automatically every month on the same date, until you cancel. By subscribing you are authorizing those recurring monthly charges. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, and it takes about the same number of taps as signing up did.
- Open the Dewy Dreams App and go to Membership → Manage subscription. This opens your secure Shopify account page.
- Choose Cancel on the Dewy Dreams Membership.
If you would rather not use the app, you can cancel by emailing juels@dewydreamsbalm.com from the address you subscribed with. We will process it and confirm by email.
Cancelling stops your next monthly charge. It does not cut you off immediately: you keep full access through the end of the month you have already paid for.
Cancelling is not a refund
Membership payments are non-refundable once charged. This includes partial months. If you cancel partway through a month, that month is not refunded, not prorated, and not credited. What you get instead is full access to the app for the remainder of the month you already paid for, and no further charges after that.
Cancelling stops future payments. It does not reverse a payment that has already gone through. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to be billed for another month.
If something went wrong on our end, email us and we will make it right where we can.
Price and benefit changes
Membership pricing and benefits may change over time. We will email you before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies if you do not agree.
Dew Points
Dew Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are only redeemable for the rewards listed in the app. Points earned for a purchase may be reversed if that purchase is refunded or charged back. Points expire if your membership ends and is not renewed within twelve months. Reward requests are reviewed before a code is issued.
Not medical advice
The app helps you keep a skincare routine and track changes over time. It is not medical advice and it is not a medical device. Talk to a doctor about any concern with your skin.
Age
The app and the membership are not intended for anyone under 18.
App privacy
What the app stores on our servers
To run your membership and your rewards, we store:
- your email address, which is how we confirm your membership is active;
- your Dew Points balance and the record of how you earned and spent them;
- your check-in and streak history;
- if you choose to turn reminders on, an anonymous push notification token that identifies your device but not you;
- any reward request you make and the code we issue for it.
What stays on your phone
Your progress photos, your before and after comparisons, and your journal entries are stored only in the app on your own device. They are never uploaded to us and we cannot see them. That also means we cannot recover them. If you delete the app or clear its data, those photos and entries are gone, so please save anything you want to keep.
How we use it
Only to run the app: to confirm your membership is active, to award and redeem points, to send the reminders you asked for, and to answer you when you contact us. We do not sell your information and we do not use app data for advertising.
Who else sees it
Shopify processes your subscription payments and hosts your account page. Resend delivers your login code emails. Render hosts the app server. Each handles the data only to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
For as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so your points are still there if you come back, where the law allows. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Logging in
The app has no password. You enter your email, we email you a six digit code, and your device holds a sign-in token afterwards so you stay logged in. Please keep your email account secure, since anyone with access to it could sign in as you. Tap Log out in the app to end the session on that device.
Your choices
You can turn reminders off at any time in the app settings or in your phone's notification settings. To see, correct, or delete the information the app holds about you, email juels@dewydreamsbalm.com and we will take care of it.
