Shipping Policy
At Dewy Dreams, every product is crafted with intention and care. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted and processed within 2-4weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment and does not include transit time.
During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend. We appreciate your patience as we never rush quality.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our processing time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient option for your location.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the United States, though transit times are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive:
1. An order confirmation email after purchase
2. A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping email.
Shipping Delays
Dewy Dreams is not responsible for delays caused by:
USPS or UPS
Weather conditions
Carrier service interruptions
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s control.
Carrier Responsibility & Transit Delays
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Dewy Dreams has fulfilled its shipping obligation. Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays in transit, routing issues, or carrier processing delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund while the package remains in transit.
If a package appears delayed, we are happy to assist in opening a carrier investigation or missing mail search. Most delayed packages do still arrive. Refunds or replacements may only be considered if the carrier officially confirms the package is lost.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
We do not issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Dewy Dreams is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.
Shipping Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
At Dewy Dreams, each order is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. While we do our best to prevent damage during transit, once an order is handed over to the carrier, shipping conditions are outside of our control.
Please review your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos must be provided showing:
The damaged item
The original packaging
The shipping box (if damaged)
Important Notes:
Items that appear intact, functional, and not visibly damaged are not eligible for replacement.
Minor cosmetic imperfections to packaging that do not affect the product itself do not qualify as damage.
We are unable to issue replacements or refunds without photo documentation of damage.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

This allows us to properly assist you.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed, as production begins quickly.
