At Dewy Dreams, all products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Skincare, body care, balms, oils, or personal-care products
Opened, used, or tampered items
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Sale or promotional items
Order Issues & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at earthsjewels88@gmail.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refused or Returned Packages
Packages refused or returned to sender will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.
Processing & Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Processing time and shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as production begins promptly after purchase.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to our policies. Any chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in the permanent refusal of future service.
