At Dewy Dreams, all products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

The sections below apply to physical products. The Dewy Dreams Membership is a monthly subscription and has its own terms, set out at the bottom of this page.

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of physical products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Skincare, body care, balms, oils, or personal-care products

Opened, used, or tampered items

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Sale or promotional items

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at juels@dewydreamsbalm.com with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refused or Returned Packages

Packages refused or returned to sender will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.

Processing & Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Processing time and shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Cancellations

Physical product orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as production begins promptly after purchase. This does not apply to the Dewy Dreams Membership, which you can cancel at any time. See below.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to our policies. Any chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in the permanent refusal of future service.

Dewy Dreams Membership (monthly subscription)

The Dewy Dreams Membership is $9.99 per month. Your payment method is charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same date, until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

You can cancel at any time. Open the Dewy Dreams App, go to Membership then Manage subscription, which opens your secure account page, and choose Cancel. You can also cancel by emailing juels@dewydreamsbalm.com from the address you subscribed with.

Cancelling stops your next monthly charge. It is not a refund. Membership payments are non-refundable once charged, including partial months. If you cancel partway through a month, that month is not refunded, not prorated, and not credited. You keep full access to the app through the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to be billed for another month.
