Your membership unlocks the full Dewy Dreams app: your own personalized routine, morning and evening reminders, water and progress tracking, and private before and after photos that never leave your device.

You also earn Dew Points every day you use your routine, plus 5 points for every $1 you spend, and you can trade them for free products and real discounts. Members get 10% off every order, early access to new drops, and member only sales.

How to get started after you subscribe

1. Go to dewy-dreams.pages.dev on your phone.
2. Tap Already a member? Log in.
3. Enter the same email you paid with. This is important, it is how we know you are a member.
4. We will email you a 6 digit code. Pop back into the app and enter it.
5. When the app offers to add itself to your home screen, say yes. It will then open like any other app.

You only need to do this once. The app stays logged in on your phone.

Membership terms

$9.99 per month, automatic renewal. Your card is charged $9.99 today and then $9.99 automatically every month on the same date, until you cancel. By subscribing you are authorizing those recurring monthly charges. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Cancel anytime, in about two taps. Open the app and go to Membership → Manage subscription, then choose Cancel. That opens your secure Shopify account page. You can also cancel by emailing juels@dewydreamsbalm.com. Cancelling stops your next monthly charge.

Cancelling is not a refund. Membership payments are non-refundable once charged, including partial months. If you cancel partway through a month, that month is not refunded, prorated, or credited. What you get instead is full access to the app for the rest of the month you already paid for, and no further charges after that. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to be billed again.

Price changes. We will email you before any price or benefit change takes effect, and you can cancel first if you do not agree.

Your privacy. To run your membership we store your email address, your Dew Points and streak history, and an anonymous notification token if you turn reminders on. Your progress photos and journal entries stay on your phone and are never uploaded to us.
