Bone & Balance 🌿 Comfrey + Yarrow

Strengthen, soothe, stabilize. Comfrey and yarrow are the old go-to herbs for knocks, strains, and deep aches.

How to use the dried herb:

• Infused oil: steep the herbs in a carrier oil for 4 to 6 weeks, strain, and rub it into sore joints and muscles. Melt in a little beeswax if you want a firmer salve.
• Poultice or compress: steep a strong batch, soak a cloth (or wrap the wet herbs in thin fabric), and lay it on the achy spot while it's warm.

Outside use on unbroken skin only. Comfrey isn't for drinking or for open wounds.
