Deep Soothe 🌿 Chamomile + Marshmallow Root

Soften inflammation, soothe the soul. A gentle, calming pair for irritated skin, an upset gut, and frazzled nerves.

How to use it:

• Tea: steep 1 to 2 tsp in 8 oz hot water for 10 to 15 minutes and sip. Easy on the stomach and good after stress, dental work, or surgery.
• Bath or sitz soak: a quarter cup in a muslin bag in a warm bath. Gentle enough for postpartum or C-section recovery.
• Steam: add to hot water and breathe it in for skin and sinuses.
• Infused oil: steep in almond or jojoba oil for 4 to 6 weeks for a soft, baby-friendly skin oil.

Skip the chamomile if you react to ragweed or daisies. Check with your provider if pregnant or nursing.
