Bruise & Bloom 🌿 Arnica + Calendula

Fade the bruise, feed the bloom. A pouch of dried calendula and arnica flowers for bruises, sore spots, and skin that needs a little recovery.

This is loose dried herb, so you make something with it:

• Warm bath soak: tie a scoop into a muslin bag or tea strainer and let it steep in the tub.
• Compress: steep a strong batch like tea, soak a clean cloth, and hold it on the bruise while it's warm.
• Infused oil or salve: cover the herbs in a carrier oil (olive, sunflower, almond) and let them sit 4 to 6 weeks. Strain it for a body oil, or warm in a little beeswax to set a salve.

For skin only. Keep arnica off broken skin, and don't take this one internally.
