Nerve Nectar 🌿 Gotu Kola + Lavender

Heal the skin, calm the nerves. Gotu kola is a classic for scars and skin repair, and lavender takes the edge off. Use it inside or out.

Ways to use it:

• Tea: steep 1 to 2 tsp in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. Nice when you're tense, raw, or healing.
• Bath or sitz soak: a quarter to half cup in a muslin bag, steeped in warm water.
• Steam: add to a bowl of hot water and lean over it with a towel for a face or body steam.
• Infused oil: steep in jojoba or almond oil for a few weeks, then use it for scar and stretch-mark massage.
