Golden Detox 🌿 Turmeric + Plantain Leaf

Detox, defend, deeply heal. A bold golden blend of turmeric root and plantain leaf. Good as a tea, and good on the skin too.

A few ways to use it:

• Tea: steep 1 to 2 tsp in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes and sip. A pinch of black pepper helps your body take in the turmeric.
• Bath or foot soak: a scoop in a muslin bag, steeped in warm water.
• Compress: steep it strong, soak a cloth, and lay it over a swollen or irritated area.
• Infused oil: steep in a carrier oil for 4 to 6 weeks for a massage or scar oil.

Turmeric stains, so rinse cups and tubs after. If you're healing from surgery or taking medication, check with your provider before drinking it regularly.
