Soothing Duo 🌿 Slippery Elm + Marshmallow Root

This one works from the inside. Slippery elm and marshmallow root make a soft, gel-like brew that coats and calms a sore throat or an irritated gut.

How to use it:

Steep 1 to 2 tsp in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes and sip. People reach for it with sore throats, acid reflux, IBS flare-ups, or while recovering from surgery.

Take any other medications about an hour or two apart from this, since these herbs can slow down how you absorb them. Check with your provider if you're pregnant, nursing, or post-op.
